除塵輸灰的流程圖:倉泵氣力輸灰系統(tǒng)工藝流程為:進(jìn)灰─流化、出灰─吹掃三個(gè)階段,這三個(gè)階段往復(fù)循環(huán),達(dá)到輸灰的設(shè)計(jì)要求。
The process flow diagram of dust removal and ash conveying: The process flow of the pneumatic ash conveying system of the bin pump is three stages: ash feeding fluidization, ash discharging blowing, and these three stages cycle back and forth to meet the design requirements of ash conveying.
1.進(jìn)灰階段打開插板閥(多為手動控制,平時(shí)都是打開狀態(tài),檢修時(shí)關(guān)閉)、進(jìn)料閥打開氣動止回閥等其它閥門關(guān)閉,除塵灰斗內(nèi)的飛灰進(jìn)入倉泵內(nèi)部。進(jìn)灰量是由系統(tǒng)程序設(shè)定好的時(shí)間和料位計(jì)去控制。設(shè)定的進(jìn)灰時(shí)間到,而未達(dá)到設(shè)定的料位,或已達(dá)到設(shè)定的料位而進(jìn)灰時(shí)間未到,都會自動關(guān)閉氣動止回閥,轉(zhuǎn)入流化、出灰階段。
1. During the ash feeding stage, open the plug valve (usually manually controlled, usually in an open state, and closed during maintenance), open the feed valve, and close other valves such as the pneumatic check valve. The fly ash in the dust removal hopper enters the interior of the bin pump. The amount of ash intake is controlled by the time and level gauge set by the system program. When the set ash feeding time is reached but the set material level is not reached, or when the set material level is reached but the ash feeding time is not reached, the pneumatic check valve will automatically close and enter the fluidization and ash discharge stage.
2.進(jìn)氣加壓流化、出灰階段打開進(jìn)氣閥、出料閥、二次氣閥組,進(jìn)料閥關(guān)閉,進(jìn)氣加壓,進(jìn)入倉泵底部流化裝置的壓縮空氣,使倉泵內(nèi)的飛灰充分流化,倉泵內(nèi)飛灰邊流化邊輸送,倉泵內(nèi)的壓力迅速升至輸送需求壓力。
2. During the stage of pressurized fluidization and ash discharge, open the intake valve, discharge valve, and secondary air valve group. Close the intake valve and pressurize the intake air. Compressed air enters the bottom fluidization device of the bin pump to fully fluidized the fly ash inside the bin pump. The fly ash inside the bin pump is transported while fluidized, and the pressure inside the bin pump quickly rises to the required conveying pressure.
3、吹掃階段只有出料閥和二次氣閥是打開的。這一過程主要是由時(shí)間控制,當(dāng)達(dá)到系統(tǒng)設(shè)定的吹掃時(shí)間后依次關(guān)閉一次氣閥,二次氣閥,出料閥,然后打開排氣閥和進(jìn)料閥進(jìn)入進(jìn)灰階段,重復(fù)上述三個(gè)階段。
3. During the blowing stage, only the discharge valve and secondary air valve are open. This process is mainly controlled by time. When the system's set purging time is reached, the primary air valve, secondary air valve, and discharge valve are sequentially closed. Then, the exhaust valve and feed valve are opened to enter the ash feeding stage, repeating the above three stages.
倉泵組成:倉泵本體由鋼板或不銹鋼板材質(zhì)焊接而成,符合國家Ⅰ類壓力容器標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。灰斗下方與倉泵對接位置的手動插板閥或氣動插板閥連接,插板閥為倉泵檢修用閥,平時(shí)處于常開狀態(tài),只有檢修時(shí)關(guān)閉防止落料。
Composition of Warehouse Pump: The main body of the warehouse pump is made of welded steel plates or stainless steel plates, which comply with the national Class I pressure vessel standard. The manual or pneumatic plug valve below the ash hopper is connected to the docking position of the bin pump. The plug valve is a maintenance valve for the bin pump and is usually in a normally open state. It can only be closed during maintenance to prevent material dropping.
倉泵的進(jìn)灰口設(shè)一個(gè)電動或者氣動進(jìn)料閥,現(xiàn)大多使用氣動閥門。
The ash inlet of the bin pump is equipped with an electric or pneumatic feed valve, which is mostly used now.
倉泵上部裝有射頻導(dǎo)納料位計(jì)和壓力傳感器,供檢測倉泵內(nèi)的料位和壓力時(shí)使用。
The upper part of the bin pump is equipped with a radio frequency admittance level gauge and a pressure sensor for detecting the level and pressure inside the bin pump.
倉泵下部裝有流化裝置并與壓縮空氣氣管連接。倉泵配有就地氣控箱,控制箱內(nèi)電磁閥按設(shè)定好的程序驅(qū)動閥門。
The lower part of the warehouse pump is equipped with a fluidization device and connected to a compressed air pipe. The warehouse pump is equipped with a local pneumatic control box, and the solenoid valve inside the control box drives the valve according to the set program.
